Early Preview Notice
FableWrite is currently in its Early Preview phase. During this period, all features are provided
free of charge with daily credit refreshes. The refund policy below will apply once paid
subscription plans are launched.
1. Free Service Period
During the Early Preview period, all users receive free daily credits (20 credits per day). As no payment
is required, refunds are not applicable during this phase.
2. Future Paid Subscriptions
When paid subscription plans become available, the following refund policy will apply:
3. Eligibility for Refund
You may request a refund if:
- You request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase
- You have not consumed more than 50% of your monthly credits
- You experience a persistent technical issue that prevents you from using the service, and our
support team is unable to resolve it within 48 hours
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- The refund request is made after 7 days from the purchase date
- More than 50% of the monthly credits have been used
- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content quality (as results vary based on input)
- Account suspension due to violation of Terms & Conditions
- Partial refunds for unused days within a billing cycle (except in cases of technical issues)
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email us at support@fablewrite.com with the subject
"Refund Request"
- Include your registered email address and order/transaction ID
- Provide a brief reason for your refund request
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and returned to the
original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
7. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription benefits will remain active until the end of the current billing period
- No further charges will be made
- Your generated content will remain accessible
- Your account will revert to the free tier after the billing period ends

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy. Any changes will be communicated via email and posted
on this page.
