FableWrite is an AI-powered novel production platform that enables users to generate, edit, and export fictional narratives. The Service uses artificial intelligence to assist in content creation and is provided "as is."

3. User Accounts

To use FableWrite, you must:

• Create an account using Google Sign-In or email registration
• Be at least 13 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Credits System

FableWrite operates on a credit-based system:

• Free users receive daily credits that refresh automatically
• Each chapter generation consumes credits based on the plan
• Credits are non-transferable between accounts
• Unused daily credits do not accumulate beyond the catch-up limit
• FableWrite reserves the right to modify credit allocations with prior notice

5. Content Ownership & License

Your Content: You retain full ownership and copyright of all content you create using FableWrite, including generated novels, chapters, and cover images.

Our License: You grant FableWrite a limited license to store, display, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Public Content: If you choose to publish your novel on the FableWrite platform, you grant other users a license to read and interact with your content as part of the platform's community features.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use FableWrite to:

• Generate content that promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination
• Create content involving the sexual exploitation of minors
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the AI systems
• Use automated tools to excessively consume platform resources
• Share or resell your account credentials
• Circumvent rate limits or credit restrictions

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content generated by FableWrite's AI is created algorithmically. While we strive for quality:

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or fitness of generated content for any particular purpose
• Generated content may occasionally produce unexpected or unintended results
• You are responsible for reviewing and editing content before publication
• FableWrite is not liable for any claims arising from your use of AI-generated content

8. Subscription & Payments

For paid subscription plans (when available):

• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the billing date
• Prices may change with 30 days advance notice
• Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy

9. Service Availability

FableWrite aims to maintain high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates, or security reasons. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your content may be permanently deleted after a 30-day grace period.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FableWrite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through binding arbitration.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
